Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Huile d’olive
Une fois triées, effeuillées et lavées, les olives sont acheminées vers un broyeur.
Le broyage se fait sans dénoyautage préalable, à l’aide de meules en pierre ou de broyeurs métalliques. Cette étape permet de transformer les olives en une pâte onctueuse. Pour homogénéiser la pâte et en extraire le maximum d’huile, il faut ensuite la malaxer.
Pour isoler l’huile de l’eau végétale, on utilise soit la décantation naturelle, soit la séparation par centrifugation puis, l’huile peut être filtrée.
L’huile d’olive est un produit sensible à la lumière, à la chaleur et à l’oxygène. Pour éviter son oxydation, elle est stockée dans des cuves pleines, à l’abri de la lumière et à une température adéquate.
